Frequently Asked Questions
Before you send the contract.
What types of creator contracts do you review?
We review brand deals, sponsorship agreements, influencer and UGC contracts, licensing agreements, management agreements, talent agreements, collaboration agreements, and related creator-business contracts.
Can you negotiate directly with the brand or agency?
Depending on the scope of the engagement, yes. We can provide negotiation language, communicate with the other side, or handle the redline process directly.
How quickly can you review a contract?
Timing depends on the agreement, deal complexity, and current availability. Many contract reviews can be completed within 1–3 business days after the engagement is confirmed. If you have a deadline, tell us at intake.
Do you represent brands too?
Yes. Ascent Legal also advises brands, agencies, production companies, and other businesses on transactional entertainment and creator agreements.
Do you handle disputes or litigation?
No. This service is for transactional contract review, drafting, and negotiation only. Ascent Legal does not handle litigation through this service.
Does submitting the intake form mean you represent me?
No. Submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after conflict clearance and a signed engagement agreement.
